Of all the ways I ever heard of to get yourself fit, especially after a bout of doing little or no exercise, one of the most enjoyable has to be dancing. Let’s face it there are far more people who would happily avoid the gym like it was the last place on Earth they want to be than there are people who like to go there. But most people love to dance!

It makes a lot of sense to anyone who is a little put off by the whole concept of exercising in a gym to either attend a dance class or do something for themselves at home. The dance class is probably the best option because it structures your routines and you get the benefit of the instructor’s knowledge and experience to help you as well as to make sure you don’t overdo it in the early stages.

But dancing at home is also a good thing to do especially if you’re a little shy and don’t want to have to worry that you might look silly in front of other people. Of course you don’t, but that doesn’t give those who think they might any real comfort! There are plenty of home dance courses you can follow. Or you could get yourself a Zumba fitness DVD and get your rocks off to the Latino rhythms that has gotten the world in a frenzy of dance oriented fitness workouts.

However you do it, make sure you do it at a pace that suits you and at an exertion level that is comfortable. You can always increase the level and length of time you are dancing for as you get more used to it. Start slow and build up gradually day by day so that over a period of a few weeks you will be able to keep going for quite a long time and of course you will have mastered many great dance moves and routines in that time.

Once you have gained your confidence dancing at home, you might be persuaded to then go and find a suitable dance class that does the kind of routines that you have gotten used to. With that fear of looking silly out of the way because you will be feeling much more confident because you are much more proficient, it will seem a far less daunting affair. Then you can really take it to the next level with some aerobic dancing and more strenuous routines.

Dancing is fun, enjoyable and very good for helping you to build fitness, strength and stamina. Its also a great weight loss solution! So if you think it might suit you, then why not give it a whirl?

When you are trying to claw your way out of a sedentary lifestyle and regain your fitness levels maybe from several years ago, there a plenty of ways in which you can boost your strength and improve your stamina. One of the clever techniques that helps quite a lot is actually pretty simple and available at practically every turn, and that’s to use the stairs!

Believe it or not, the stairs you may have at your place of work, or in your home, at shopping malls at parks and leisure areas and in public buildings etc are all available for getting a short mini-workout whenever you want. They are free to use and you can use them for as long as you like without upsetting anyone else!

Running up and down a flight of stairs is a very good, cardio vascular exercise that gets your heart pumping and your lungs breathing in more air, while boosting the strength in your legs and lower body. You don’t need any special equipment or clothing, although you probably want to keep it to a minimum while at work as you will sweat a lot if you do it a lot, which is a good sign that its doing you a power of good!

Of course, if you can keep it up for as long as possible, then it will do you all the more good. One great place to use stairs as an exercise form is a local park where you can also get the benefit of being outdoors and getting some fresh air and sunshine to you. This also improves your mood, helps your body manufacture more vitamin D which has been identified as an asset to losing weight, and also allows you to sweat it out for a while without causing anyone to really take offense especially if you’re in a track suit and look like you are simply doing some fitness thing!

As one of those canny weight loss tips that work and work very well, using the stairs instead of an elevator or escalator is not only sensible if you are trying to improve your fitness and health, but also something you really should consider if you want to gain muscle density while burning fat and losing weight without having to go to the gym and all the hassle that goes with it if you don’t want to.

With so many different ways of keeping fit, it really is a personal choice as to which you choose as your preferred method of doing so. many people find that when they do a form of exercise that they enjoy doing, it becomes less of an “exercise routine” and more of a fun activity that just so happens to help keep them fit in the mean time. One of these exercises surely must be swimming as it can be a lot of fun while being a serious form of keep fit.

Of course, you can’t just go to the pool with some friends and just splash around at the shallow end for half an hour and then get out and load up with pizza and soda. You have to treat it more as a routine that also has a fun side to it. That means setting yourself goals that you must fulfill before you can stop and then have fun splashing around with your friends. It really helps if you can get together with those friends and work on some healthy competition that you will all try and achieve, such as the number of lengths you can swim, or the fastest length or something similar.

You should vary your swimming strokes as much as possible to alter the way in which your body is exercised and the muscle groups that get the benefit. After all, as one of the weight loss tips that work, swimming is one of those activities that exercises more of the muscle groups in your body than just about anything else away from a total workout routine in a gym, which is rarely as much fun!

When you make any exercise fun and something that you can enjoy, you are far more likely to want to keep doing it as often as possible, and swimming to keep fit is just one of those kinds of exercise that really works.

Welcome to Flirtease Fitness. This is a blog based on fitness and exercise for promoting good health and maintaining a slim, fit body.

Of course, you don’t have to be particularly slim to still be very fit as your body shape is determined by your build and skeletal structure and not everyone has the same slender build. But that doesn’t matter as what does matter is the fact that you look and feel good because you are healthy and have a reasonably good level of fitness.

Fitness of course is gained through regular exercise and so we will be looking at different kinds of exercises that you can do. They can range from easy things, such as walking or swimming, to more moderate exercises like running or playing sports such as volleyball or badminton, to more strenuous exercises such as working out at a gym or on exercise apparatus in your home gym, or playing high energy sports such as squash or racquetball, or football or any fast action, high stamina sports.

the whole idea of this is to maintain a healthy level of fitness all of the time by being active and enjoying what you are doing. To that end, we will be publishing a great variety of sports and exercise based articles to help you and give you some ideas and advice. Of course, at the end of the day it is up to you to take that advice or not. Your choice.

We hope that you get a lot from this blog and even pout some of the ideas that we put forward into action to help you to get fitter and feel better, healthier and have an overall high level of healthy fitness every day.
