This is an extremely versatile DVD by renowned yoga instructor Barbara Benagh. She has combined short posture segments into a series of 20 different practices addressing a variety of stress-related conditions, from energizing after a long day to coping with aches and pains to relieving various digestive conditions. The exercising range in length from 15 to 60 minutes, making it easy to fit yoga into even your busiest days. The workouts require a yoga mat, and a blanket with pillows and an eye bag being optional.

The DVD is well organized and grouped into four segments so you can easily select what you would like to do. Timings of the practices show as they appear on the screen. The DVD offers a good range of choices that address different issues and needs. A breakdown of the DVD is as listed below.

• Beginning and Ending Your Day: 5 practices which length ranges from 25 to 60 minutes.

• Neck, Shoulder, and Back Issues. Practices help easing neck and shoulder tension, low back tension and hip pain. 5 practices range in length from 25 to 45 minutes.

• Easing Your Mind addresses anxiety and stress and helps to achieve fast relief . 5 practices range in length from 15 to 50 minutes.

• Stomach and Digestion Issues deal with constipation, diarrhea and indigestion, improves digestions. 5 practices range in length from 25 to 30 minutes.

The instructions are clear and concise without undue explanation. The DVD is beautifully filmed at Half Moon Bay Resort in Antigua nd the background is beautiful and soothing. Barbara’s narration and instruction are clear and easy to follow.

In conclusion, this is an excellent yoga DVD well-suited to a wide range of practitioners, but mainly fore those new to yoga. Also this would be a good DVD for someone who wishes to just focus on individual movements or stretches. In addition, this is not a DVD for those hoping to get into shape.
